Shawn Murray was born and raised in New Orleans. He graduated from St. Martin’s Episcopal High School and then went to LSU in Baton Rouge where he earned a degree in Psychology in 1987. He then worked as a Mental Health Counselor before beginning law school at Tulane in 1996.
