Professional and Knowledgeable
In May of 2011 I had what I thought was a minor workplace accident. It turned out that it was not minor. In the beginning the insurance company was very co-operative and forthcoming. As time progressed they got harder and harder .to deal with. Eventually I called Shawn Murray to ask about my rights and other questions. He was generous with his extensive knowledge and advice. After a while I just got so frustrated with the insurance company and the constant change of adjuster’s (about 10 changes, no exaggeration!), that I decided to retain a lawyer, so of course I called Shawn. I know he had his trials with the insurance company, too, but I no longer had to deal with them directly, for which I was grateful for.
Eventually we had to file a lawsuit which of course, got the attention of the insurance company!
After over 3 1/2 years Shawn was able to negotiate a modest cash indemnity settlement that left the company but left the related medical coverage wide open for the rest of my life!
